For this rarity, only the slightly opened, individual leaf buds are harvested in spring, which are then enriched with the scent of the finest jasmine blossoms in an extremely elaborate process. For this purpose, the leaves are mixed several times with the jasmine flowers and then separated again. The carefully selected tea leaves are rolled heavily by hand and repeatedly heated and cooled in a wok until small, pearl-like balls are formed.

The pleasantly light, fruity cup forms a harmonious interplay with the delicate floral taste of the jasmine flowers. A sensual experience for palate, nose and eyes.

The height of the tin is about 12.5 cm. Green teas should be brewed at a water temperature of 80-85°C (let the water stand in the kettle for about one minute after boiling). The optimal brewing time for this type of tea is 2 - 3 min.
