The round, rich notes of red berries dominate this fruit blend. The basis, however, is formed by hibiscus flowers, which give the cup acidity and Farbe. ln warm regions of the world, the hibiscus flower is valued as a thirst quencher. By adding other types of fruit, the acidity is regulated and more flavor nuances find their way into the cup. Our Tea Taster has succeeded in composing a fruity effervescence, but reducing the acidity to a soothing level. Many tea lovers appreciate a fruit tea as a refreshment between meals, ob enjoyed warm during the cold season or iced in summer. For our fruit tea blend we have combined red fruits such as elderberries with apple cubes and orange peel. The addition of rosehip and hibiscus give the tea its effervescence and strength. Application

Fruit teas should be brewed at a water temperature of 95-98°C (leave the water in the kettle for a short time after boiling and wait until it stops boiling).
