Preparation

1 filter bag for 1 cup (150 ml). Pour boiling water, let steep for 10 minutes. Squeeze the bag gently and remove. Important note: Always infuse with boiling water and let steep for at least 5 to 10 minutes! Only in this way you get a safe food!
