Preparation

1 filter bag for 1 cup (approx. 150 ml). Pour boiling water on it, let it steep for 5 minutes, squeeze the bag weakly and take it out. Cool down to drinking temperature (approx. 37 °C). Please always offer only freshly brewed tea!
